A brand designed to fit in the future market of 2030, having in mind what the population necessities would be in the future.
MIMO translates from portuguese to caring for something or someone, a delightful treat/gift, a sweet pleasure.
In order to help our oceans and sea life, MIMO produces cell-based seafood - these are produced with extracts of cells from real fish, where just one single fish is able to provide numerous of usable cells for the production of more tissue. This way the consumer would get the most natural flavour without overfishing the oceans.
It's seafood without the sea!
